Gary Trousdale serves as the Director of the CTB basketball program. Trousdale's record in 3 years at Westwind is 73-21. This year the team finished 30-3 and state runner-ups. He has been named Region Coach of the Year the past 3 years in a row.
Recently he has published "The Cager Report," a comprehensive NCAA Division I recruiting service, evaluating the top Division I basketball prospects.

Coach Bobby Bossman
Before joining CTB, Coach Bossman served as the Graduate Assistant/Video Coordinator at ClevelandState under Head Coach, Gary Waters. During his time at ClevelandState, the team won the Horizon League Tournament and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2009 with a final record of 26-11. Prior to ClevelandState, he was the Graduate Assistant at Clarion University (PA) under Head Coach, Ron Righter. Clarion finished 16-12 in 2007-08 and advanced to the PSAC Playoffs for its 11th straight year. While finishing his undergraduate degree, he coached at Mercyhurst Prep in Erie, Pennsylvania. Coach Bossman also went on a tour of Russia with Athletes in Action in the summer of 2005.
During his collegiate playing career, he worked camps along the east coast including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Eastern Invitational, Five-Star, University of Florida, University of South Carolina, Morgan Wooten, Danny Nee’s Big Man Camp, PresbyterianCollege, Loyola College of Maryland, GannonUniversity, FairfieldUniversity, and West VirginiaUniversity.
Bossman played at LoyolaCollege in Maryland for two seasons (2002-2004), where he was honored with the “Most Dedicated Award” as a freshman. Before his junior season, he transferred to GannonUniversity in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he was a captain as a junior and senior. Bossman also helped lead the Golden Knights to the NCAA Division II Tournament.
Coach Bossman currently serves as Head Coach of WPI (5th year prep program), teaches Sociology, Criminal Justice and U.S. Government/Free Enterprise at Westwind Prep Academy.
A native of Strongsville, Ohio, Bossman is a 2007 graduate of GannonUniversity with a degree in Criminal Justice. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction-Literacy Development from ClevelandStateUniversity in 2009. Bossman has been involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes since high school and was the Vice President of the Clarion University FCA.
Coach Adam Desautels
Adam Desautels is in his 2nd year as a coach for CTB. He also serves as the head JV coach at Westwind Prep. Adam is a graduate of the University of Washington where he earned his BA in English and Master's Degree in Education. Prior to coming to Westwind, Adam served 4 years as a Seattle area high school coach. He coached for two seasons at SnohomishHigh School and for two seasons at Summit, a last chance alternative school in Seattle. In those 4 seasons, he helped lead his teams to three state tournament appearances, and has never missed the playoffs. In his final year at Summit (the school's final season), he helped lead the team to its first ever Tri-District Tournament Championship, and their first state Tournament appearence since 1996
